How fast can TANLITE deliver my order?

Presented all merchandise ordered is in stock, orders usually deliver in 5 to 7 working days. What methods of payment does TANLITE accept?

MasterCard, American Express, and Visa credit cards are taken. Payment by personal check, money order, or cashier's check is also accepted. Please note a prescription given with a personal check will be retained until all funds are accessible, resulting in an order processing delay of up to 3-weeks.

How do I know it is secure to submit my credit/debit card number?

TANLITE takes our buyers' safety seriously. Credit/Debit card payment is performed in an ensured area of our site. Personal data is encrypted, and credit/debit card numbers are not saved in our operating system. If preferred, personal data can also be presented over the phone for order placement with an Account Manager at (800) 826-8037.

How can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, communicate your Account Manager or the Customer Service Department during regular business hours. The order may be canceled without penalty if the product has not been shipped, entered a level in the fulfillment method or the order includes a specialty article.

What happens if an order is damaged or lost?

TANLITE employed expert packers, and shipping specialists experienced and qualified in the shipment of glass. Besides all the precautions used by our staff to ship merchandises securely, it is unusual that order is damaged or lost. In the case that damage or loss has happened, our Customer Service Unit is available to support.

Will TANLITE sell my personal information to other organizations?

How to create an account

After placing an order, you will be asked to verify your email address via email. From this, you can set up an account and keep track of all orders. How much is shipping?

All orders over $99.00 qualify for free ground shipping if they are shipped to an address in the lower 48 states, excludes items 42 inches and longer. 

What is the shipping time?

The shipping time varies based on location but delivery averages 3-7 days after purchase. For expedited shipping, please call us - additional fees may apply.

What if my item arrived damaged?

Tanlite Lighting will replace or issue a refund for any damaged or incorrect items as well as any applicable shipping costs if we made an error shipping your order or it was damaged in shipment.

Is there a warranty on the product I buy?

Manufactures warranty vary by product, but we stand behind all of the products we sell and are very happy to work with our customers directly to resolve issues relating to product performance.

Sales tax is not charged for shipments outside of California

What is an LED?

LED stands for Light Emitting Diode

What is a Watt?

A Watt (W) is an electrical unit of power. The higher the wattage the more power the light consumes. However, LEDs can put out much more light with fewer watts. A 40W incandescent can easily be replaced with a 6-9W LED.

What is the voltage

The Input voltage is the voltage needed to allow the LED’s to produce light. Voltage is different depending on the service area place. For most of Tanlite's LED lights have an input voltage range of 100-277V, some are 280-480V for some special industrial area.
